You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2.2 Service Description​

Resolver One provides DNS resolution services that return IP Geolocation data for IP addresses via DNS queries. The service is provided as-is for informational purposes.

2.3 Acceptable Use​

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to overwhelm, disable, or impair the proper functioning of our Services
  • Use our Services for any malicious or harmful purposes
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without prior written consent

3. Intellectual Property​

3.1 Our Content​

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, documentation, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Resolver One and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2 Open Source Components​

Our Services may include open source software components, which are subject to their respective licenses.

4. Privacy​

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

THE IP GEOLOCATION INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

8. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RESOLVER ONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resolver One and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to implement rate limiting or usage restrictions to ensure fair access to our Services for all users. Excessive use that impacts service availability for others may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
