Q: Is the Launch tier really unlimited? A: Yes. No meters, no surprise bills, no query limits.
Q: How long will the Launch tier stay free? A: Core IP Geolocation lookups will remain free during our launch phase. We'll provide advance notice before any pricing changes, and a free tier will always be available.
Q: What's the response format?
A: Pipe-separated values: country_code|country|continent|continent_code|asn|as_name|as_domain
Q: TCP and UDP support?
A: Both! Use +tcp flag with dig if you want to be fancy, but UDP works great for most cases.
Q: What about rate limiting? A: Currently no rate limiting or throttling is applied.
Q: How fast is your support? A: Launch: We respond to support threads on our Discord server as soon as possible.
Q: Do you have an SLA? A: Launch tier targets 99.9% uptime. Enterprise gets custom SLAs.
Q: Can I get a custom domain? A: Enterprise only. Custom domains, database-backed DNS queries, and custom data sources are available on the Enterprise plan. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
